Reach of For My People

For My People airs a weekly Podcast every Sunday and welcomes Blacks Tweens and Young Adults 12 - 35 perspectives as it relates to being descendents of Biafra Kingdom, Angola Kingdom's, Ashanti Kingom. Senegambia Kingdom, Windward Coast Kingdoms, Sierra Leone Kingdom , Benin Kingdom and Mozambique Kingdom here in America and the African Disapora. Each of these Kingdoms listed above were part of the Trans-Atalantic and Middle Passage human-tracffiking of Africans.

Beginning of For My People

For My People is a television show that began as a response to protests over Channel 50's airing of old Little Rascals episodes and reviving Buckwheat, the drawling, nappy-haired child character who was considered a negative Black stereotype.

Lasting Impressions of For My People

For My People aired weekly on Metro Detroit parent company CBS Corporation and Warner Brothers on cable systems in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Ontario. For My People aired every Friday at 6:00 P.M. then unto every Saturday at 6:00A.M. Now on digital media newtork systems in Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Guiena, Gambia, Biafra, Benin, Congo, South Africa, etc

Goals

For My People serves to link and connect the story of Negros and Mulattos Chattel, Indentured anf freed before 1619. We are highlighting why our forefathers and foremothers, foreaunts and foreuncles, forecouzins and forein-laws, forenieces and forenephews... brought their Black Economic, Industrial, Spiritual and Political Power transformations to build America's soul and dream. We digitize our current family relations as it applies to virtual family recorded narratives, factual documentation, record's and reunion's of ancestry kin folk as well.

Unified Vision

For My People is a continuation of the Global Black Power Transformation movement covering topics focus primarily on economics/finance, politics, education, organizing, mass media and history.

Platform

Guest are ordinarily from Black organizations, unique people and thought leaders, and discuss a topic perspective that is basic interest to the growing of prosperity of the Global Black community while informing Black Americans and Black Africans.

Legacy

David Rambeau was the executive producer and host of For My People. Will Amos was film director and editor. He is now in an advisory editor role when needed. Dr. Divine is For My People's digital media executive producer and host along with co host Karmen Cliett (H2BE's COI) for the longest-running program dedicated to the news and public affairs information needs of Blacks in the United States of America and abroad.
